Debating and Working Out!

HALLO! So, as a follow up to my post yesterday, I thought I'd do a quick post today about how I'm doing on day 1 of my resolutions :) I surprisingly had a very good Monday! Mondays aren't usually the best for me...I mean, it's Monday. The weekend is now over. You have to start a new week. BUT I'm going to try and NOT think like that, haha, 'cause one of my resolutions was to be more positive. That's going to be hard on Monday mornings though... :-| Anyways. The first resolution was to be more active...I had a dance rehearsal today for the musical (FUN! But I don't normally do dance so I had to focus quite a bit to get the moves :P)...and I also just finished working out and watching TV. Who else watches PLL? I DO! While I'm working out. I'm only on season 3 though, and I know the newest episode just aired...so no spoilers please!!! :) The second resolution was to do one thing every day that scares me. For today, I debated. I was terrified.

Saying yes and New Years Resolutions!

Hi guys! So today, I wanted to write a bit about new years resolutions (I know I'm a bit late for that, sorry!), and I'm also going to post about something new. So, recently, I read a really inspiring post by Zoella, from 2012 (yeah, I'm kind of behind the times on that :P). It's about just saying yes, and you can read it here if you want to. I wanted to write a similar post today, about just being positive, and saying yes in general. No matter who you are, or what your outlook on life is at the moment, I believe that saying yes is a good place to start on having more positive, happy and fun experiences. You never know what opportunities might come about, and you could be missing out on quite a bit if you take the outlook that the world is out to get you, and you say no to many different opportunities. I know people that have an extremely negative outlook on life, and I'm just going to say that it can be a bit depressing, and frankly, it can suck the life out o

Getting a haircut!

HI! Today, I got a haircut. This may not seem very significant...but I have to start by saying this: I've been growing my hair for years now. This morning, it was halfway down my back. I love my long hair very, very much, and I hadn't gotten a haircut in about a year and a half. However, today, I did. I went in with the intention to get only a couple inches off. I like my hair long, and I was NOT planning on changing that. So I just wanted a trim. But my hairdresser noticed that it was getting pretty bad, a lot split ends and dead hair. It was also really hard to take care of. So she suggested I take a bunch off. I did. It was a very hard process for me, watching all that hair which I'd spent so long growing, just fall to the ground. But I survived, and now? My hair is at my shoulders. It does look nice still, and it's healthier, and I will come to appreciate it when I get out of my current state of shock. I can't run my fingers through it anymore, though,
